This is a wonderful full-bodied Chardonnay. We have taken our estate grown Chardonnay through 100% malo actic fermentation and aged it 16 months on new and used French oak. You will taste the butter and oak but not so much as to lose the essence of the fruit. Enjoy the pear and apple in this delightful wine. It is our classic “drink it all day” Chardonnay!
